From Marie
Why I wrote this book
Hi, I'm Marie.
I'm a mother, and for more than ten years I've practised sport, yoga, nutrition and Ayurvedic cooking. For a long time I was confused by every new food trend. Ayurveda taught me there is no universal right or wrong, only what fits you. It taught me to look inside instead of outside.
Mothers kept asking me for my recipes: for their children, their families and themselves.
This book is my answer. The recipes from my own family kitchen, made simple, for yours.
